I have stayed at Kawasaki Nikko Hotel in the past and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. On this trip I had an issue with the room I was staying in and I notified the staff, I did arrive late but I explained the problem to them and asked to be located to another room. I told them I would stay in this room for the night and asked to be moved to another room. The next morning, without asking they made the change. I mentioned earlier I have never has a bad experence with them an I will stay with them again and I think they are the best hotel in the Kawasaki area.
