The room is in good and reasonable price for an overnight stay which is accessible to nearby shops, tram and downtown areas, about 6 minutes on a tram ride going to the Melbourne Central and 5 minutes walk to Flinders Street Station. Our hotel room was so clean, very spacious, and with a overlooking city view on the outside. It has a huge television, a very clean toilet with generous of toiletries and coffees and teabags on the coffee table side. Overall, it is a recommendable stay here with a good price and a minute walk to downtown and stroll around the city area.
