Fantastic
Was a lovely stay. Have stayed a many hotels in Queenstown and the Sofitel was up there. Although the building is slightly dated the experience and customer service was well beyond.

Spotless and comfortable suite with a great view into downtown Queenstown and the Skyline Gondola. Courteous staff and nice amenities. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights at Sofitel and would recommend it and look forward to visiting it in future trips.
