Had a great stay at Namsan Forest near Myeongdong. The location was very convenient, close to shopping, food, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay in Seoul. Easy access to Namsan and surrounding attractions made it a perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

Location was very convenient fo Myeongdong. The staff were somehow rude, when asking for a plastic for the garbage they were frowning and like we can’t exceed two plastics. They weren’t even hospitable. They told us to be quiet when we were talking, but when a group of people came by they were noisy and blocking the entrance the staff didn’t even tell them to be quiet and not block the way. The walls were also thin, there was a group who were very noisy even at 3am!! as per the cleanliness I understand that there is no room service, however, the vacuum they have provided wasn’t working 😭🤣 we loved to clean the room but the vacum was I think for display. THERE WERE ALSO BED BUGS IN THE BED, we got bitten and my nephew also. The towels were too small also.

The staff is really helpful and nice. I just like the vibes over there. So cheap. We are family of 2 adults with 4 kids. We had so much fun. Thank you for hosting us.

This site offers the cheapest price compared to all booking sites for this same hotel. The hotel has a great location. Self check in was a bit confusing as nobody was answering the ipad and what's app. But a lady came to assist us and it was all good. There was a water dispenser at the corridor. The washing machine inside the room was very convenient so we did not have to bring lots of clothes. There was a stove and a kettle with all the utensils needed if you want to cook a light meal. The location was very near the subway and bus stop, also the night market and Daiso store was very near the place. It was uphill walking though. Removed a star as we were told that we cannot use airconditioning in the room. Although it was autumn and pretty cold outside, the room could get hot sometimes. We did have a window though which we can open. But you have to check the screen because mosquitoes got inside the room.

The accommodation is near myeondong street market. It is spacious for four guest. The hallway smells so good. And you can use all the appliances.

Simply the best! The location is perfect! Took us 5 mins to walk from Myeongdong Exit 4 to the guesthouse and around 8 mins. going to the elevator going to Namsan Tower. What you see in their accomodation photos is what you get. For real! The bed is spacious enough to fit 2 person since we book deluxe room and we were right beside the reception area which is where you can access the shared kitchen. This room has a decent size of bathroom and a heater but they don’t have a bidet (so if you’re not used to using tissues make sure to bring a portable bidet or dipper). They have hair dryer, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner and hand towels ready in your room. you just have to request for a big towel (if you didnt bring one) and iron if needed. They have coin laundry and an area where you can just chill! Overall, Namsan Forest Guesthouse is a good deal for its location, amenities and ambiance. It’s slightly uphill going there but it’s okay. You’ll do self checkout in this stay so make sure to checkout on time. DEFINITELY WILL RECO THIS PLACE!!!
