Great 如不自駕，交通不方便，有接送服務，但多次聯絡，電郵沒覆，當日只好請車站旅遊中心職員電話預約！地方整潔，環境舒適！

施設が古いのは否めませんが、清潔感があり清掃が行き届いていました。
スタッフの方は皆落ち着いていて、とても感じの良い対応をしてくださいました。
食事はとても美味しく品数が多く満腹になりました。特に朝食はお昼を過ぎてもほとんどお腹がすかないほどでした。出てくるタイミングも良かったと思います。スタッフの方の目配り気配りがすばらしかったです。

従業員の方々は親切丁寧で好印象でした。今回の宿泊者の年齢層が高かったせいもあり落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。
部屋の設備は少し古めで隣の生活音が聞こえて来ました。おそらく子供さんが横だとうるさ目になるのかなと思います。全体的には良いお宿でした。

<悪かった点>
・部屋内のトイレのウォシュレットが壊れており、温水が高熱だった。もう少し熱かったら火傷したのではないかと思う。
・掛け布団のカバーに血がついていた。幸い、部屋内に別の掛け布団があったのでそれを使ったが気分が悪かった。
<良かった点>
・スタッフの接客が丁寧。
・部屋は広く、眺めも良かった。
・喫煙可能な部屋だが、タバコの匂いはしなかった。
・駐車場が敷地内にあり、出入庫がしやすい。
・ホテルから車で10分くらいのところにスーパーがあるので便利
・朝食は満足できるものだった。
