An absolute gem of a hotel! The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Chinatown and Paddy's Market tram stations, making getting around a breeze. Plus, iconic spots like Darling Harbour, the ICC, the IMAX theater, and the Entertainment Centre are all right at your doorstep.The hotel itself completely exceeded expectations. Our room was sparkling clean and incredibly spacious. We started every morning with their fantastic breakfast, which features an impressive spread of hot food choices. To top it all off, the staff are wonderfully welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommend!

cleanliness: the rooms are superb. i just have some problems with smelling cigarettes outside. but overall i loved my experience service: was really great. it was quick and flawless hotel location: was the best. its near Haymarket where everything i need is accessible.
