Clean room and hotel sorroundings, accessible to restaurants, 7/11 as it is in downtown area. They have polite and friendly staff too. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights in this resort and it was a homey stay. Affordable, clean and very kind staff. They served a plated breakfast and it was good. Pool and other amenities were clean. Near tourist spots in Laoag.
