absolutely wonderful location. was a short walk from the station to the hotel and the breakfast buffet was a mix of western and Japanese cuisine accommodating many flavor profiles. from the restaurant there was a direct view of MT. Fuji which luckily was very visible during my stay. there was a lovely onsen and the rooms felt much larger then in Tokyo. 5 minute walk to local ramen chains offered fantastic food options and the staff were extremely friendly and ensured there was no miscommunication despite language barriers.

Nice room with comfortable beds and bathtub too. Good view of Mt Fuji's upper slopes but through wired window panes that don't open. Upon checkin, collect your key card and a locker key. First, use the locker key at the lobby to store your footwear and switch to the provided slippers. Clean your luggage wheels with the provided wet towellette. As you take the elevator to your room, pick up an electric kettle and paper cups if necessary. Complimentary toothbrushes, shavers and bathing sponges are available too. Plenty of free parking around the hotel.
