I recently stayed at the Y2 Residence Hotel in Makati and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s design immediately stands out — sleek, modern, and infused with a touch of Asian minimalism. The monochrome interiors and subtle Zen-inspired accents make it feel calm and refreshing, a nice contrast to the busy streets of Makati.The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. It’s a great choice for both short and extended stays. The rooftop pool area is a definite highlight — offering a nice city view, perfect for winding down in the evening.

Good location if you're planning to go around Makati/BGC area. Good value for money. Staff are very responsive. Accessible via jeep, taxi and grab. They have a bar and cafe at the groud floor but they don't have a resto.

This is our third or fourth time staying in this hotel, and I must say that each visit gets better than before. Although there are some minor hiccups, like a clogged sink in the kitchen and what seems to be some leak from the bathtub, those things are minor inconveniences on our end, and the housekeeping team can always fix them. Looking forward to future stays. Oh just one thing, parking is very tricky. The turns at the hotel's parking is really tight, so if you have more compact vehicles to use, this would be better. We were charged Php 200 flat for parking during our 5 days stay.
