The connection of the eSIM doesn't seem stable. What should I do?
- Please make sure you have selected the eSIM you booked on Klook from your device's settings.
- Please make sure the eSIM is activated and turn on data roaming.
- Try turning on the airplane mode and turning it off.
- Try turning off the automatic network selection and select the supported carrier manually.
- Move to a less-crowded space or a location with a better signal.
- Try restarting your device.
