The coaches were very friendly and really focused on our safety. Even though I’m not a good swimmer, I could still fully participate and successfully performed the surfing moves with the coaches’ help. The 2 hours experience was very fulfilling and a lot of fun. You can also purchase the photographer’s photos for an extra $35 AUD, he captured so many fun moments, and I bought them too 😁

An absolutely brilliant cruise. We saw some incredible whale activity, including breaches and tail slaps, which was breath-taking to witness in person. The boat was great, the crew was super helpful, and the whole trip was seamless. 10/10 would recommend!

What a great experience! The shuttle arrived at the hotel right on time. It took about an hour to get up the mountain, and it was really cold in Australia during winter mornings and evenings, so we had to dress warmly. The staff were very nice and efficient; we were airborne in no time! Everyone was so excited after takeoff, floating around and seeing lots of forest animals. Looking down from above, everything looked like tiny LEGOs, just like playing with toys when I was little. The world is truly vast, and humans are so small! There was a small incident: when we were packing up at the end, my phone fell out of my pocket into the folded hot air balloon. The staff didn't mind at all and helped me look for it. Thankfully, another group member found it. I'm so grateful! 🥹

Perhaps it was luck, but the koalas here were incredibly active, unlike those in other places that are almost always sleeping. We even saw many koalas carrying their babies on their backs and moving around, which was absolutely adorable. The kangaroo enclosure was also very large and spacious, and the kangaroos were lying down, allowing you to pet them. You could easily spend a lot of time and fill up your phone's storage just in the kangaroo area. This is a highly recommended itinerary.

Very easy to redeem the vouchers. The parking is free and I can leave the park during lunch. This is a very nice park. Both of my kids loved it.

The polar bear exhibit offers fascinating insights into these magnificent creatures, while the penguin encounter provides a delightful up-close experience. The Storm Coaster combines a thrilling ride with an educational element about extreme weather. The Nickelodeon Land area is perfect for younger children, featuring character meet-and-greets and gentler attractions. The seal presentation showcases the intelligence and agility of these amazing animals. The park's waterfront location provides beautiful views, especially at sunset. The underwater viewing areas offer a different perspective on marine life that shouldn't be missed.
