Bailong Elevator tours

We had a generally great trip. The tour guide was kind and very supportive, the hotel was nice, and the natural scenery was breathtaking. The VIP fast-track service was a huge time-saver, especially since there were long queues every day. A few notes: the optional extras cost about 350 CNY/person, and since we were traveling with a group, once everyone agreed to pay, we couldn’t opt out individually. Also, if you want to avoid seeing similar sights on Day 1 and Day 3 or skip multiple cable car rides, consider skipping Day 2. One disappointment was that the tour company no longer organizes the Huanglong Cave visit, though we were refunded for it. We were really looking forward to that part. However, the tour guide kindly helped me book a show as a replacement, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the trip, special thanks to our tour guide for making it a smooth and memorable experience!

We had a great experience! Our tour guide went above and beyond to meet our needs. She even brought us to places that are not part of the trip but very worth going. She was very informative and knows the time to avoid the crowd. She also knows the best spot for photos. Highly recommend our tour guide and this trip.

Ideal if you don't have a vehicle and want to see both towns in one day from Zhangjiajie. Quick visit to Furong but free time in Fengshuan. Both towns are magnificent.

The VIP route is superb! Cut down so much of waiting and walking time! The tour guide is very experienced and nice!

The tour agency was really helpful and responsive before the trip. during the day itself, my guide was very friendly and she really did go the extra mile to provide great service. she helped to manage everything the whole day and even stayed later to help provide recommendations on things to do and eat around the area. highly recommended!

Tour is good for those without transport to the various places of interest. personally not a fan of guided tour, so will only recommend to those who have interest in those. (1) furong; took a boat ride to the town - quite abit of walking in the small alleyways (do prepare umbrella or raincoat) and behind the waterfalls. (2) had catered lunch, third photo was a prepared meal in a lunch hall with many tour groups with performance (if this isn’t your kind of food, prep your own). (3) small visit to Miao tribe, with a short tour of the locals and their stories - my fav on the trip. (4) feng huang ancient town; entire river that was vendors trying to sell you photography and dress up services. small walk into the actual town that is filled with shops for souvenirs. dinner is OTOT; many food options available along the river (2nd floors) to catch the light up scenery. the whole journey started at 7:50am (pickup from hotel) and ended close to 11pm. speaking mandarine is a plus to comms.

So grateful for our tour guide who was so friendly throughout, she took really good care of the team, especially for us foreigners who dont speak Chinese. Thank you so much!! The scenery was amazing and both the hotel and food were very high quality. Highly recommended!!
