I received the tickets by email a few days ago. I was glad to have such good seats. However, it was difficult to figure out how to get to the Rose and Ball venue and how to enter. First, the steps are: go to the Rose and Ball venue, enjoy the buffet, leave the venue, and go to your seat.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The stadium atmosphere was incredible and you can really feel the history and passion the moment you walk in. The tour was well organized, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and every stop had something interesting to see and learn. Getting to see the seating area, tunnel, and behind-the-scenes sections made it extra special. Perfect for football fans and even non-fans will enjoy it. Definitely worth the time and money — one of the highlights of my trip. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

As a Japanese person with only a basic understanding of English vocabulary, I was able to enjoy it without any problems. There's also a Japanese audio guide available on your phone. The tour guide was very humorous and made the tour enjoyable. I was very satisfied because I got to go to various parts of the stadium. It was as wonderful an experience as watching a game.

I used the ROSE&BALL plan at Chelsea. The ROSE&BALL food was better than expected, and I arrived early, so I was able to get a seat, which was great. If you arrive later, there won't be any seats available, and you'll have to eat standing up. Similar plans at other stadiums are even more expensive, so I recommend Chelsea's stadium. This time, I used KLOOK to buy peace of mind, and I plan to use it again next time.

well I have no words -- since two months was contemplating what sites to buy tickets but as soon as klook showed up selling chelsa tickets I was adamant of not choosing any other site besides it -- just blindly go with klook they sent me tickets a week in advance and what amazing seats -- there was three of us and seats were together we had no complaints at all -- you just need to go to the venue and just scan the tickets it's a very easy process -- posting the pics for you guys -- happy new year and comon chelsea

Everything is cool if only the seat assigned could be even better.

We had the best experience at Westview. We received drink tickets for two drinks per person at the reception and spent time in the hospitality room. You can also purchase drinks and food for a fee. You cannot bring drinks, etc., into the stands. There is no smoking area. Unfortunately, Chelsea lost after being in the lead, so I wasn't in the best mood. Admission is allowed 2.5 hours before the match, but I recommend arriving at Stamford Bridge more than 3 hours in advance to browse the official shop before entering. Booking is easy. Because it was my first booking, I received a 10% discount. It is more expensive than purchasing regular seats on the ticket site, but regular seats are also quite expensive, so I decided to go with the hospitality tickets for peace of mind.
