lovely hotel, one of the best I stayed so far. The location is so centralize you can go anywhere from there. Highly reccommended

For our first booking with Klook, we think it's great. We received our booking confirmation without any issues. We'll definitely use the service again in the future.

The room was large and clean, and the hotel has a swimming pool. The living room was a bit dark; even with all the lights on, it didn't feel bright enough. The shower had low water pressure due to environmental concerns. The hotel is very close to the subway, about a 3-minute walk to City Hall Station, and relatively close to Myeongdong. There are some restaurants behind the hotel.

Getting this hotel for around $8,000 NTD a night during the World Fireworks Festival was an absolute steal! The front desk has bottled water, cookies, and coffee with milk available for guests. There's also a WOWPASS machine and self-service check-in/out kiosks. Although I didn't book the hotel breakfast, there's a chain coffee shop on the first floor, and there are plenty of great and convenient food options nearby. Plus, there's a drugstore right next door! The best part? I could see the fireworks from my standard room! I was so lucky! Being able to watch an hour of fireworks from my room, and even going to the Han River isn't far at all! No wonder everyone online recommends this hotel! The staff service is excellent too!

The place is worth the payment and is very accessible to any form of transportation (bus, train, uber) and food stalls/restaurants. If you plan to roam around Seoul and is mostly out the whole day, this accommodation is for you. You just have to be mindful of your own noise since you may disturb the other guests (even footsteps may be heard along the corridors). Best part was, there was an elevator. ☺️

Hotel staff were helpful! They accomodated us when transferring our luggage from one hotel room to another because we had separate bookings for two nights. Both rooms were different. One is more spacious than the other with better toilet. But no complains because they were both clean and provided large bath towels. We were given water bottles in the room. On 4th floor, there is also water refilling station.

Great location if it is not your first time visiting Seoul. Since we opted to visit areas farther away city center, being in Seoul Station ensured that there were always buses that pass by near the hotel -- less transfers. Hotel room was also clean. Downside is just there was no elevator.
