Nusa Penida, also known as Penida Island, is a small island southeast of mainland Bali. If you’re planning a visit, there are lots of exciting things to see and do. One must-see spot is Kelingking Beach, famous for its rock formation that looks like a T-Rex. Another great place to visit is Diamond Beach, where you can relax on soft white sand and take incredible photos from the nearby cliffs. If you enjoy marine life, make sure to visit Crystal Bay. My Wife and I recently took the Nusa Penida Tour + photographer and it was 10/10 amazing! Our guide Eka was top notch, taking us to Kelingking first to beat the crowd and showing us a secret vantage point above all the tourists to get the most amazing shots! Entire trip was seamless from the driver picking us up at our hotel, guiding us to the fast boat transfer, and Eka being there to greet us on the other side! After hearing negative things about Nusa Penida trips my wife and I were delighted to have such a wonderful day with memorable photos!

We were lucky the tour guide picked us up from the hotel at 4 a.m. because the Gates of Heaven are a two-hour drive away, and the line for photos is really long. Plus, it's a huge perk that our tour guide takes amazing pictures – it's like having our own personal photographer!

Fantastic day trip to Nusa Penida. The transfer from the hotel to the pier to the island, to the snorkeling place and then the tour to West Penida was seamless. We went to 3 places for snorkeling, managed to catch the turtles at the last place! the snorkelling equipment is clean, though currents are strong, you feel safe with the guide and life guard who always keep a lookout for you and points out interesting creatures. Shower was just so called open area with overhead taps for a quick rinse and change out of wet clothes. After which our driver Oka brought us to lunch which was a simple buffet. Oka was humble, humorous and shared many interesting facts about the island. The island roads are notoriously bumpy (only at certain sections) and windy. But Oka's expertly driving skills made us feel safe and comfortable. honestly the roads aren't that bad (I was prepared for the worst after reading all the reviews). Oka takes good photos too. Will request for him if I'm back here next time!
