Great communication from the driver to confirm a day before. Made was a great driver and would explain things worth mentioning as we were driving on the eay to the attractions. Well organised and ran on time. Made also helped us take pictures which was greatly appreciated. Great tour and Ubud was beautiful!

We had an unforgettable experience in Mt Batur, thanks to the incredible hospitality and professionalism of Mas Made Dwi and Mas Ade! Mas Made Dwi, our Mount Batur jeep driver, was absolutely amazing — polite, friendly, and very proactive. He ensured we were comfortable throughout the ride, brought us to the perfect sunrise spot, and even helped us take stunning photos with great angles and lighting. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone planning the Mount Batur sunrise trip! Mas Ade, who picked us up from our hotel and drove us around Kintamani, also deserves a big shoutout. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly hospitable — making the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. He made sure we were well taken care of and even shared local insights along the way, which added so much to our experience. Both drivers made our day trip seamless and memorable. This was a nice trip. Car driver Nanda and jeep driver Risky was really nice. They took us up to the mountain and secured a nice spot for sun rise and Riskey took nice pictures. For the swing and rice fields we had to pay 350k pp. But it is worth for money as they took nice pictures. Omma bali is bit expensive. But the food is tasty.

Our experience was incredible!! Our guide was Widi, he took us everywhere and waited for us every time, he was very kind and explain everything about Bali and the culture. I had the best experience doing the purification ritual in the water temple cause he guided me through it and I understood how to do it the proper way. I would definetely recommend him to everyone!!!! 👏👏👏💖

Our driver, Nanda, fetched us earlier to Kanto Lampo to avoid the crowds, which was a great decision. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and managed to take many beautiful photos. Sari Timbul Glass Factory was fascinating, and their professional photographer guided us with great angles and poses, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They are also continuously creating more attractive and unique photo spots, which will surely make the place even more exciting for future visitors. We also visited a coffee farm nestled within the jungle, where we truly enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery and peaceful atmosphere. It was a delightful experience sampling the different varieties of tea and coffee. The highlight of the visit was meeting Alex, the farm’s adorable pet luwak, who made the experience even more memorable and fun. 😊 We truly appreciated Nanda's excellent service and warm hospitality. This is my first time in Bali, and I'm having a wonderful trip thanks to our guide, Sanjaya! He's incredibly kind, and his guidance and explanations are so thorough and informative that they've greatly enhanced my overall travel experience. In particular, there was a lot of traffic on the way, which made our lunchtime late, but Sanjaya quickly adjusted the schedule so we could have a satisfying meal without feeling hungry and enjoy the rest of our itinerary. I sincerely thank you again for your thoughtfulness! P.S. I chose the hot spring package because I don't like scary things, and I'm having a relaxing and enjoyable time thanks to you.

Guide : I had wonderful experience with Mr.Pardi . he was kind & professional in this tour . the way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day and developed a friendly relationship . bonus - he is awesome photographer who will help you with your memories throughout the day . itinerary: if you booked a private group , discuss with your guide . they are flexible to make slight changes within Ubud region but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day . attractions on the way: ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without guide . overall , I thank klook team for providing a great memorable trip
