Might feel a tad bit long but the tour was well-organised and not rushed! Matt was a great guide, highly-recommend!

The trip is great value, with pick-up and drop-off near the hotel. Although you have to get up early for the 6:30 am departure, it avoids the traffic jam on the way back. The tour guide Mark is very enthusiastic and drives safely. In addition to explaining things, he proactively helps guests take photos. He also interacts on the bus by asking questions. The overall itinerary from the Great Ocean Road coastline and the 12 Apostles to finding wild koalas, cockatoos, kangaroos, and even seeing an echidna is highly recommended! 👍

Lucky to have encountered good weather! The Great Ocean Road is unbelievably beautiful, and the Twelve Apostles are incredibly impressive. The tour guide was humorous and witty, keeping things interesting along the way. The morning coffee and refreshments were also quite good!

Theo was very professional and friendly. there were some issues on one of the passager who couldn’t stand the loud noise of vehicle and had taken up some other’s seat. Theo handled her very patiently and professionally. other than that, he is ve rt knowledgeable. overall it was a nice trip despite of the hot summer weather.
