Great hotel with good prices..location is quite good but need to walk behind an alley behind Lotte Department Store..the reception was kind to allow early check-in after a red-eye flight to wash up and rest..free complimentary water and room is quite spacious

The environment and location are good, but the door lock feels a bit rusty. We were stuck outside the door for more than half an hour and it was super difficult to open and close the door.

It is near the subway exit with elevator, and the transportation is very convenient. The counter staff was very friendly and there was no problem communicating in English. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting might be a little dim. We happened to stay in a room where the sensor light at the door was broken. After we reported it to the front desk, a sensor light was immediately provided to us. Overall it's great, I will still consider this hotel next time I come to play.
