Big Wave Bay massages

I visited the Sha Tin branch last time and had a good experience, so this time I went to Happy Valley. The environment is nice, and it even has a private restroom, which is a plus. However, perhaps the Sha Tin branch is newer, so I felt its environment was slightly better. The masseur's technique was excellent, so it seems both branches are good and worth recommending.

The spa's location was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, the treatment room was clean, and the shower could adjust its lighting. The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

a hidden gem in the heart of causeway bay. a quiet moment after a long day and great place for relaxation. environment is nice and simple.

overall experience was nice. my friend and I did a 45 mins health spa in a sauna like warm room, then we had our massage then facial. everything took around 2 hrs 45 mins. at the end of the session we got a tea to drink too. there’s a shower as well in case you wanna shower after oil massage. overall I loved it, it was relaxing!

The location is convenient, redemption is easy, and the staff are friendly. Most importantly, when I didn't purchase a follow-up package, it was handled without any hard selling or pressure to stay.

A friend recommended I try this place, and it's conveniently located in Causeway Bay. It's clean and tidy, and they offer tea and hot towels. The masseuse, who my friend highly recommended, was quite strong. The room was very dark, and I'm not sure if that's why the masseuse paused every three presses. They also held their elbow on certain spots for a long time. The masseuse might have been really sleepy. 😂

Thank you for being responsive to my message and very accomodating. I don’t need to wait for whole day for respond for my inquiries. (Photos not related) i don’t have photo from the time im doing massage

I had a great experience here, highly recommend the ear cleaning and massage! Very relaxing ambiance and I left feeling extremely refreshed.

I used to go to mainland China for ear cleaning, but after Emily helped me this time, I've decided I no longer need to go there for it. The entire process was very relaxing and comfortable. Emily was also very attentive, frequently asking if I was uncomfortable at any point, and the environment was pleasant.
