Great value. We were lucky to attend wen it was quiet, didn't have to wait in lines. The staff are fantastic. The VR experiences were fun, especially the Arena. We were given choices on the VR themes, with quite a few options available. I recommend taking a decent break between VR rides to minimise getting "VR sickness" or "cybersickness".

Great place with plenty to do for both adults and kids for a few hours. The place is kept very clean and is well run so the kids aren’t waiting any longer than a few moments for any activities they may need help with. Food and drink relatively inexpensive.

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

My hubby and I booked the 150-minute Honeymoon Treatment at Taman Air Spa and we truly enjoyed every single minute of it! From start to finish, the entire treatment given was professional, deeply relaxing, and beautifully executed.We were given a private room with a jacuzzi attached, which made the entire experience feel incredibly intimate and luxurious. The therapists were fantastic, the ambiance was serene, and the private jacuzzi at the end was the perfect romantic touch to celebrate our honeymoon.Highly recommend this package to any couples visiting Bali! Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. Shutter Asylum delivers a completely different experience. Set in a mysterious psychiatric asylum, you must escape while uncovering the secrets hidden within the facility. The gameplay is much more physical, involving crawling through tight spaces, climbing, unscrewing mechanisms, and searching carefully for subtle clues that are easy to overlook. Every room introduces a new gimmick, keeping the experience fresh and unpredictable. The final section takes place in a flooded area with ankle-deep water. Slippers are provided, but I highly recommend wearing shorts, as long pants will almost certainly get wet.
