As a branded hotel, the service is definitely reliable. The two front desk staff members were very helpful. One (female) helped me solve the charging issue, and the other male staff member was at the ch.

Transportation Convenience: Very convenient, a taxi from Luohu Port to the hotel takes less than 10 minutes. Breakfast and Buffet Dinner: Extremely abundant with great taste.

The area is a bit bustling, with lots of food options. Also, breakfast is free for children under 140cm. Plus, you can order from Meituan, and a robot will deliver your food.

Masseuses: Highly recommend masseuses #98 and #36, they really know their stuff! They relieve tension quickly! They'll check if the pressure is right for you and won't just apply brute force! Environment: The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s the only downside (however, they now offer free transportation and taxi reimbursement, so it's still worth it). Facilities: There's a heated swimming pool (but you need to bring your own swimsuit and cap). They also have PS5 and VR, which are included without extra charge, making it a great value (from Akira). Service: I have to give a big shout-out to the service staff for their enthusiasm! They proactively offer assistance and directions wherever you go! You don't have to wander around cluelessly trying to find someone.

Breakfast: 7.5/10 Dinner: 9/10 Hotel Room: 8.5/10 Hotel Facilities: 7.5/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Service: 9/10 The buffet dinner has a very wide selection, one of the best I've tried. The dinner quality is mostly good. I personally prefer the Chinese food and sashimi, and the taste and quality were quite good tonight (including lobster with garlic vermicelli). The only drawbacks were the cold seafood, desserts, and drinks, which were a bit lacking, but overall I'm still satisfied. The breakfast also has a good selection, but the taste is average, at a normal level. Regarding hotel facilities, the pool is quite small, the gym is ok, and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the TV in the room can only be used to watch different TV channels, and there is no way to watch video platforms (such as iQiyi). Also, it's a bit strange that the hotel front desk is on the 33rd floor. In conclusion, I think 1900+ for one night's room, buffet dinner and breakfast is worth it, and I would come again if I have the chance.
