The tour guide Shana took good care of the group members! He spoke in Mandarin, English, and Korean once each, and reminded the group members of the things to pay attention to after each visit!

Our guide, Mac contacted us one day prior to our trip and made arrangements to pick us from somewhere nearer to our hotel which made things more convenient for us. We enjoyed all the attractions, especially the Gangchon Railbike! Highly recommended if you are in Seoul

It is really great to arrange a one-day tour in Korea by yourself. In addition to freeing your legs, the bilingual introduction of the tour guide Alex is very detailed and interesting. The children are very happy to take this trip with them😆

The experience is one of a kind! Really enjoyed the whole trip. Our tour guide was Cecilia and speaks English well. The group chat for tour participants is a useful tool to communicate since it automatically translates languages. For the pickup point, the place is kinda hard to reach since it is in a hilly area, so it was kind of an early hike in the morning. The pickup point is spacious and waiting seats. Cecilia is very thoughtful and is willing to take the extra steps to accommodate everyone to enjoy the trip. On the way to the destinations, Cecilia prompts the tourists about the history and significance of the spots and provides insightful tips and alternatives to take which is really a bonus! She is a very cheerful and organized person which makes the experience lively and productive. From Alpaca World to lunch (with good food), to Nami Island, to Rail Bike and Romance Train, til the sunset on the way back to Seoul. The experience is a way to fall in love with nature 🦙🥘🛤️🚞🌅💜
