Beautiful estate with an amazing atmosphere, staff were very helpful but very limited English skills.

Worth every penny ❤️ What a luxurious hotel and a great location! It was really good that the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from Odawara - Just remember to email the hotel in advance to book on to both buses! Once at the hotel, the staff were superb, the place was spotless and the food delicious! I would recommended to upgrade your room to have the open air bath! It was definitely worth it!!! The buffet was large and had a variety of western and Japanese offerings, and also included free alcohol which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t use the public onsen, but did make a reservation for the private one so my husband & I could go together! Well worth the 3,000 Yen. Turning to location, yes it looks remote, but you are genuinely a couple of mins from the station of the boat/Ropeway where you can go up and over the mountain and explore other places such as the Hakone open air museum! Wish we stayed two nights!!!

great atmosphere and beautiful outdoor onsen

Super large room, only has an onsen, no private bath. However, it has super friendly staff, a dining area, and they give you a meal ticket. The accommodation is a bit far from the tourist areas. If you're not traveling by car, you'll have to take a bus.

This place was awesome and the staff was very friendly. They even made an effort to greet us in our native languages. Oh, and they have the cutest cats living there. There is a a public and private bath to use separated by gender. We used the public bath and it was so nice. Also note that you will need to wake up early if you choose to have the traditional Japanese breakfast.

completely free of all staff members, and is self checked in. we hadnt received the code and room no. dont know if thats the fault from klook or the hotel, but that took some time to figure out the check in process. hotel location: is amazing, and have a combini around to get things, and is aboit 4 mins walk from the bus stop, however the road that leads to the hotel is very bad and we broke one of our luggages getting there on the first day of our trip. would highly recommend if coming via car/taxi or self drive, but getting from the station to the hotel was a big task, due to the change in transportation from one to another.
