Everyone at the front desk was very polite, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The room included five complimentary beverages for guests, was very clean, and had excellent soundproofing. The location was also fantastic!

We also stayed at Adina in two locations in Vienna, and they are comfortable, attentive, and reliable hotels. However, the hotel in Budapest is a bit far from the station and might be a little hard to find. On the plus side, it is very quiet because of that.
