Immigration and customs are very convenient at Haneda Airport. There are many restaurants, food courts and shops in the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding something to eat. If you enjoy onsen (hot springs), I recommend purchasing a ticket to the Sky Garden. The onsen is very comfortable.

The location is super convenient, making it perfect for staying one night after a late flight before heading into downtown Tokyo, especially since there's no public transportation available late at night.

The process is convenient, but surprisingly, they didn't deliver to the airport hotel. They send confirmation emails for luggage pickup and delivery. The price is slightly cheaper than Yamato Transport (Black Cat). Luggage storage in Tokyo is also available without extra charges.
