cleanliness: was amazing hotel location: perfect spot for being close to everything

Stayed overnight @ Hotel EN Shibuya & overall it was a satisfactory experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Shibuya. Many shops, restaurants, and the train stations are within easy walking distance. The room is on the smaller side, but that’s expected in Tokyo & it was still reasonable for the price. For a short stay, it was perfectly adequate. One thing I didn’t particularly like was the toilet setup. It has a glass partition. although there’s a folding blind & a curtain by the door, it still felt like there was less privacy than I would prefer. On a very positive note, the staff  were honest and helpful. I accidentally left my AirPods Pro in the room after checkout. I emailed them and they replied quickly, confirming they had found it and kept safe for me. I really appreciated their prompt response & honesty. Overall, a good and practical choice for a short stay in Shibuya, especially if location and price are your main considerations. 👍

best location with reasonable price

A short walk from Shibuya Excel Tokyo Shibuya Station (10 mins), Ichiran (5 mins) and Mega Don Quixote (7 mins). Beside Parco Mall. A great location within many known establishments. Our room (2 of a kind) is relatively spacious for 4 pax with microwave and utensils. Only downside is there is no parking in front of the lobby entrance for vehicles to drop off/pick up the passengers. The street in front of the lobby is just narrow so our van had to park along said narrow street to board us and our luggage and it caused a little traffic.

The hotel is on the 5th floor of Mark City (there is a dedicated elevator on the 1st floor), and there is a dedicated exit on the right side of the 5th-floor reception desk, which leads to the Shibuya <-> Narita Airport bus terminal and the Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko bus terminal, both located on the 5th floor. Downstairs is the Hachiko dog landmark, facing the Shibuya observation deck, and a crossroads with major department stores, making it a great place for shopping. The location is very convenient, time-saving, and easy to find for bus and subway transportation. Breakfast is on the 25th floor with a great view (basic Japanese and Western style buffet). Two large suitcases can be opened by the window in the room, and you can walk on both sides of the bed, but it's not spacious. I stayed for four nights in two types of rooms, and the soundproofing was adequate. The hotel isn't new, but the convenience of not having to walk far to get back to the hotel after getting off transportation makes up for everything.

This hotel is recommended if you need to do a lot of laundry, as some of the rooms have washing machines. However, it's a bit far from the station, but it's convenient that there's a convenience store downstairs.

The hotel had a great location. It was right next to the JY train line and there were a lot of eating and shopping options nearby. It was also located on a quiet street very close to shibuya scramble. It was centrally located without being too noisy or overcrowded. The hotel also provided excellent service. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we always came back to a fresh set of towels and sheets. The airconditioning required servicing on our first day so they provided additional portable units to augment it. Overall it was an enjoyable experience to stay at this place and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible yet relaxing place to stay in the middle of shibuya.
