A great experience at the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica! Entering the museum was a breeze- beating the crowd and queue at the entrance was definitely a plus point! The meeting place was also clearly indicated which allows us to join the tour easily.

Yoon-hye Jang, our guide for The Day Vatican tour, is truly the best tour guide I've ever met. Her explanations of the historical background and artworks are incredibly engaging, easy to understand, and never boring. Even on a hot day, she expertly found shaded spots and perfectly balanced explanations with rest times to ensure we were comfortable. Her pronunciation and intonation are impeccable, and her positive energy was infectious. Thanks to her use of a tablet for explanations and visual aids, each artwork left a lasting impression. For your Vatican tour, I wholeheartedly recommend requesting Yoon-hye Jang as your guide. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much!

Bought the Trenitalia pass on Klook and got my e-ticket instantly. Activation was super easy and the QR code worked at every station from Rome to Venice. Trains were punctual, clean, and comfortable. Having unlimited travel saved me so much vs buying single tickets and let me do spontaneous day trips. Klook’s customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Best way to explore Italy by train!

This is a review written on my way back to the hotel after finishing the Vatican tour today. I took the Vatican tour led by guide Hong Jin-pyo and I'm extremely satisfied! Listening to the explanations definitely made the ceiling frescoes (Creation of Adam) and other paintings much more impactful! He also shared interesting stories throughout the tour and even gave great restaurant recommendations. The itinerary was excellent, so we didn't have to wait long to see the Vatican and climb to the top of the dome! I highly recommend the Vatican tour! 👍👍👍

We had come for the Vatican tour with a mindset that it would be very boring. Amy made sure that impression was turned 180 degrees around. The way she explained everything from the history to the architecture to the thought behind things created was extraordinary and engaging. Her discussions, little jokes and energetic persona made sure we did not realise the time had gone by. Truly enjoyable and kudos to our guide Amy

We were with Guide Hong Jin-pyo. It was absolutely the best! The Vatican was the most impressive part of our trip to Rome. His explanations were perfect, and he shared many interesting stories along the way, making the tour very comfortable. I highly recommend him. Being with the guide allowed us to learn and experience so much more! If you're still considering a Vatican guide... you absolutely must do it! You definitely can't navigate that vast place alone, and having an expert with you ensures you see all the must-see masterpieces without missing anything! I know this sounds like an advertisement, but it's a genuine review from my trip on June 15th, haha. It was truly the best! Thank you!

I visited the Vatican Museums, which was what I was most looking forward to during my trip to Rome. Since I heard it was very large and had many artworks, I booked a docent tour, and it was an excellent decision. If I had gone alone, I probably would have just vaguely glanced at the famous paintings without knowing what anything was, and then left exhausted. The tour was a strenuous walk, more than I expected, but our guide efficiently led us through the route and shared fascinating behind-the-scenes stories about the artworks, so there was never a dull moment. The emotion I felt when I saw Raphael's 'The School of Athens,' which I had only seen in textbooks, in person is still vivid. The highlight was definitely Michelangelo's ceiling frescoes in the Sistine Chapel. Photography is prohibited inside, so I had to take it all in with my eyes, but remembering Michelangelo's solitary working process, which our guide explained before we entered, made me feel completely overwhelmed by the artwork. I highly recommend it!!!

Minju, our guide, was absolutely the best! 🫶👍 This was the best docent tour I've ever been on. There wasn't a single dull moment during the entire long tour. I was so surprised by her broad and deep knowledge across so many areas, including the history of the Vatican, painting techniques, symbolic meanings, the use of muscles in sculptures, and the temperaments of the artists. Thanks to her, we learned and viewed everything in such an enjoyable way! She even showed us great spots for photos! She truly explains things so well and entertainingly 👍👍. Moreover, seeing her laughing and getting along well with guides from other countries and teams, I felt she had a truly wonderful personality. This made the tour very comfortable for us. (I've had uncomfortable experiences on tours in other countries due to tension between guides ㅠ). My husband and I came for our honeymoon, and we both enjoyed it immensely! After the tour, our perspective on Rome changed, and we saw so much more, which enriched our trip. If I had known, I would have booked a night tour to hear more of her fun stories, it's a shame ㅠㅠ. I heard she also guides tours in other regions, and I'd love to meet her again elsewhere. Also, the guide meticulously recommended great restaurants near Termini Station, and they were amazing. At Scarpetta, the staff even gave us a double thumbs-up! 😆😆 We're leaving after the best docent tour. Guide Minju, you're the best!!
