Hakone Gora Park tours

We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Golddie! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. She explained the spots clearly, kept the group well-organized, and was always attentive and patient with everyone. The day felt relaxed yet well-paced, and we truly got to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Golddie as your guide!

The Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour with guide Won Yang was excellent. I was hoping to have Won Yang as our guide before we even met up, and I was thrilled that he was. The wind was incredibly strong and it coincided with a Japanese holiday, so the cable car wasn't operating and there was a lot of traffic, but he handled it with resourceful alternatives and completed the entire itinerary. We spent a lot of time on the bus, but he led the tour appropriately with quizzes and information so that the travelers weren't bored or tired. I thought we might not be able to see Mt. Fuji because the weather was cloudy, but the sky must have been filled with positive energy because we were able to see the magnificent, snow-covered Mt. Fuji under a clear and bright sky. The lunch menu he recommended was also delicious, and following his guidance, there was nothing to regret. Despite the full itinerary, it was a pleasant and not overwhelming trip. I'd like to bring my parents next time and see you again. I highly recommend the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour with guide Won Yang.

My son was very sick on the day of the tour, we cannot join. So I informed Klook customer service and the tour operator of the situation. Since the tour is already non-refundable on the tour day itself, they allowed to reschedule given the emergency. They were very considerate and I am more than grateful. Two days after, we were on the tour with our guide Andrew who is amazing. He speaks Japanese, English, Korean and French, that is how international our flight was. The places we went to were great. I love the Owakudani eggs and the mineral water in Oshino Village. Mt. Fuji is excellent! I recommend this tour. Thank you.

My family and I greatly enjoyed the experience. It's a perfect and comfortable way to see several major tourist sites around Mount Fuji. We decided to wait until the last moment to book our excursion to be sure we had good weather, and it was a success! It was very pleasant to alternate between moments of rest on the bus and phases of discovering shrines, natural sites, or typical villages. We appreciated being able to enjoy different original modes of transport (cable car and boat). The guide taught us a lot of things, he is friendly and very attentive to his customers. He does a remarkable job. Be careful for people who can get sick in transport, there is a lot of road in the mountains. The only point that could be improved in our opinion would be to stop at a viewpoint better placed on the last lake of the day in order to be able to take a beautiful photo with the reflection of Mount Fuji.

had a wonderful trip of Mt Fuji guided by Ariel Liu. She’s patient with cheerful attitude, providing tips of getting the best view of Mt Fuji. We returned with great memories and lots of photos to memorise the journey. Thank you, Ariel, for making the trip so memorable!! 😄

I joined this trip as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The guide was highly professional and managed the journey smoothly, making everything comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly travel with him again and highly recommend his service.

Our guide Will was great! We had time to enjoy and discover each place. It's very well organized. We recommend it! Bonus: Will told us where to see a light show upon our return to Tokyo.

We were so lucky with a beautiful blue sky day to see Mt. Fuji! Our guide, Sayuri, and her helper, Hiro, were lovely. We were able to go to 5th station, which was great (bring warm clothes!). Be aware you only get like 20 minutes up there though, so use your time wisely. The only disappointment was not getting to do the ropeway due to high winds. We went to Hakone Checkpoint instead, which has some good views but isn't quite the same thrill. I recommend spending the extra money for the included lunch (hot pot plus buffet was amazing and too much food) and the Shinkansen back to Tokyo. It is a very long day and not having another 2.5 hours in the motorcar at the end was very nice.
