Our poor driver Pairoj waited for us for an hour at the airport as our flight got delayed. Although he spoke little English, he brought us to the places I planned to go and a few more spots on the way. Note that you will need to be flexible in your places of visit as some places I plan for day 3 was moved to day 2 as its along the way of our day 2 place of visits. If you are rigid on your schedule maybe this is not for you.

female guide Ms. Mon. She is very friendly and helpful. She is abled to speak English, Teochew and Cantonese, no problem communicating with her. She is careful so we feel safe when she drives. She is also flexible. Due to the super hot weather, we made some changes to our itinerary. She gladly accomodate us. Thank you very much.

Even though our driver could not speak English, he constantly used an app to translate so that we can better understand each other. Mr Preecha was always on time and friendly, and also suggested some places that would be of interest to us. In our 3.5 days with him, the journey is always comfortable and relaxed.

Apart from the debacle and conundrum for coordination of itenary and booking correspondence with TTD global, Naret (the local guide) & the drivers really made the leg of our Bangkok trip - really significant. 1. they will reshuffle the iternary for the best photography times, 2. add-on places on your suggested route/iternary 3. he helped with booking of restaurants 4. they will help to inform/take you to where there is a likelihood to spot wild elephants 5. high-speed to cover more ground 6. a lot more. with naret, the local guide was truly a value-add and we really appreciate all the effort the drivers & him has done for us.

we booked through Klook's Thailand operator TTD GLOBAL. the driver assigned to us was Mr Wachira (car no. 3428). he was responsive in WhatsApp and drove safely. his car is very clean! he accommodated our itinerary changes and brought us to local eateries - we absolutely love the pad Thai place, believed to be run by an elderly couple. the auntie cooks really awesome tom yum goong. the place has kampung (rustic) feel, breezy. he also brought us to local noodle stall near Pak Chong night market; we love the wonton mee (firm texture, doesn't have alkaline taste)!

fast response. can customized the itinerary. but driver does not really speak English. he did tried to help us communicate with our housekeeper (who doesn’t speak English at all) about the instructions on our homestay. driver is always on time or early.

I really couldn’t ask for more. I have the pick up at Bangkok airport and travel to Khao Yai with a guide named Rose. She helped with organising all activities and recommended the nice ones but still respect our choices. she helped with numerous translations and it was very useful in Khao Yai.
