Scan the QR in klook voucher at the entrance machine (next to the aquarium) and show the slip to the receptionist. Put your shoes in the box + enter the bathing section. Bring your own toiletries or you may purchase on site (4000won). Staff will brief you what to do inside the bathing section and the scrub expert will look for you once they see you washed and cleaned up. Just observe and follow the crowd.

Sauna was clean and nice. The body scrub was so worth it! Felt like all my dead skin were removed! If it weren't for one ahjumma guest that's talking so loud we could have been able to take a very good rest before our flight. Jjimjilbang is a very relaxing way to distress.

This was my first time getting anything like this and let me tell you, it was amazing! I went with the full care package and it was definitely worth it. The massage itself would have been worth it alone but the skin care that was done left me glowing. I don't know what they did exactly but it feels as if my skin has been restored fully. I highly recommend coming here and treating yourself, they will take care of you.

The manager who diagnosed my constitution, the masseuse who performed the treatment, and the woman who served me tea were all gentle and polite, and I was able to spend a pleasant two hours there. I had gotten jawline botox a few days before and lip art on the day, so they were considerate enough not to care for those areas. During the treatment, the masseuse and manager took turns caring for each other, and taught me a unique stretch that was good for relieving constipation. I was told that it would be good to do it for about a minute every day, so I will start practicing it from today. I don't think a constitution diagnosis is necessary for such a short period of time, but it was such a satisfying Korean herbal spa that I would like to visit again when I go to Korea next month.

I loved the full body massage in here. The lady was very nice and lind to me, the relaxation I felt afterwards was perfect. I too a walk in the Seoul Forest Park after it and it is just another bonus of going to this branch.

Actually I had never been to spa before, but decided to give it a try on a solo trip to Korea. The tour I went on actually arrived late, making me 15 minutes late for my appointment but they still gave me the full treatment! Being a hotel spa, it was a lovely luxurious experience at a reasonable price.

It was a great experience. Everyone should try at least once in their lifetime 😉Purchased pkg A. Limited English but enough to be understood. They had key lockers for your stuff. Basic include: infrared sauna (10 min) followed by regular sauna, shower, then completely nude for the 2 pools (min or 2), body scrub, quick hair wash/conditiner, rince, mud mask, sit in another room to dry (partial only?) then shower the mud off. For package A: went upstairs, shoulder massage, face mask, foot massage & bit of scalp massage. Afterwards, back downstairs to change (they had eveything you need - hairdryer, hair brushes, even a barley drink). Note: if shy & don’t want to me nude then might not be for you - you get a wrap for the sauna and going up/downstairs. Personal highlight was the body scrub & foot massage 😘I have major feet pain entering & pain free when I left. Very friendly staff. I would come again.

Seamless process to check in. I accidentally arrived an hour early but they did their best to accommodate my early arrival. The foreign staff did the initial check up (took pictures of my scalp & explained the reasoning for the issues I was concerned with). The scalp care course itself was great- you get to lay in a warm bed in your private room and each step of the scalp care is explained as it is applied. There is also different massages throughout that period. If you’re sensitive like me it might hurt/tickle you, but it feels great in the end. After the treatment, it’s rinsed and you’re taken to get your hair blow dried and styled. From there they have you sit in the waiting room and give you a delicious cup of tea (available for purchase if you like) and will talk about products you may want to purchase. Overall, it was a great experience. All of the staff was friendly and days later my hair/scalp still feels great!! My issues turned out to be nothing serious other than the weather and lack of nutrients~~ I would recommend this for people who have scalp concerns.
