Appreciation to all staff who were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Even if the place is not new, it was clean. Pool was also nice. I enjoyed the spa experience .

The hotel is very good. The location is excellent, right in the Japanese Quarter. There are several restaurants with very good cuisine nearby. The hotel offers a transfer service to the subway station. The pool is also perfect, clean and inviting. The spa offers top quality. Prices are a bit higher than outside, but it's worth paying more. The breakfast buffet didn't impress my husband. I didn't have any. The food at the pool bar was good. I can only recommend this hotel!

This was my second stay, and I absolutely love the room design! The charging outlets are very convenient. The overall service was also good. Initially, I was given a room without a bathtub, but after I clarified that my reservation included one, they promptly moved me to a different room. However, the tap water in the room I stayed in last year was drinkable, but not this time. I made a mistake, but the hotel provided bottled drinking water. Also, the towels folded by the staff were adorable, which made me very happy!

I had modest expectations for this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary Tuk Tuk to MRT QSNCC station and Asok were great. They even did pickup requests which arrived promptly. This really helped beat the heat because the hotel is located halfway between both which would be a long distance to walk in the heat on small footpaths. The breakfast was a la carte rather than a buffet but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was good and I got to choose two drinks. The coffee was probably one of the best I had in Bangkok - I felt it was a lot closer to Australian style coffee and was not super bitter or burnt like I often find. Room was spacious and the shower was large.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from the BTS Thong Lo station. When it rained, the staff were so thoughtful and proactively lent us umbrellas. The Japanese-style management and service are top-notch; the front desk staff are polite, and checking in and storing luggage was very efficient. The room was spacious and clean with excellent soundproofing, and it even came with a TOTO smart toilet and a deep-soaking bathtub with great water pressure. There are plenty of restaurants all around, with a well-known mango sticky rice spot and massage parlors nearby. Traveling to the city center and the airport is easy. Overall, the value for money is extremely high, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Bangkok!

A very nice hotel located in the busy Din Daeng area. Rama IV metro station is right outside of the hotel that takes you to places like Jodds Fair, Chatuchak Market and Chinatown.

Exceptional stay—ideal for post-operation recovery! ​I had a brilliant stay at Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok. As a first-time visitor to Bangkok, the front desk team made me feel completely comfortable. A huge shoutout to Jack and Pat—along with the rest of the front desk staff—who were tremendously helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality meant so much during my recovery after an operation at nearby Bangkok Hospital. ​Special thanks also to Xiao from housekeeping, who took such great care of my room—his attentiveness made a huge difference while recovering. ​The hotel itself is fantastic. I loved the loft room layout, and the amenities were top-notch. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store and food options downstairs was super convenient. ​There's genuinely nothing to complain about. If I visit Bangkok again, I would most certainly choose to stay here!

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near Asok Station and for the tour pick-up service. The reception staff were very pleasant, and they promptly contacted me when I left something behind after checking out! Thank you very much. The spacious room was very comfortable, but a group of young people in the adjacent room were talking until around 2 AM, and I could hear everything, so I couldn't sleep at all. I didn't hear any noise from the rooms above or below, but only the room next door was an issue.
