After purchasing, you'll need to go to the ticket booth to exchange for your tickets and get a hand stamp. If there are guided tours available, we highly recommend joining one; the explanations will help you understand the many hidden meanings within the architectural installations. It's definitely worth spending half a day visiting. On the afternoon of our visit, the venue was booked for a private event and not open to the public. We suggest checking the official website for opening hours before you go to avoid a wasted trip!

We brought three children (ages 8, 11, 12) to play. Until August 31st, there's a special offer where if you buy tickets for three zones, you can play in five. Adults can also purchase an all-zone companion ticket on-site for 250 NTD and join in the fun. We picked a few activities that were more suitable for us (go-karts, VR trampoline, ball pit, rope net playground, and the 'Cosmic Mirror' illusion experience). We recommend arranging your go-kart time as soon as you arrive, and then starting with other activities. Be very careful on the trampoline to avoid twisting an ankle. The gold go-karts are the fastest and can drift. In conclusion, it's a great place to visit on a rainy day; it's not huge, but it's a real workout!

Nice place to explore indoors if weather is too hot or raining. An educational session to understand the history ie how it’s produced, the various species and the poisonous ones. Good for kids to learn.

The guided tour introduces the music box production process, components, and types. You can listen to beautiful music, and finally, DIY your own music box by adjusting the comb. The process takes about an hour and is quite enjoyable for children.

The location is great, right next to Zhongxiao Night Market. The bed is large and quite comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The room is clean, but there's no shower screen, so water splashes out. Overall, everything else was very good.

I had a pleasant stay at the Wuquan branch before, so this time I chose the Taichung branch for my business trip. **Location and Advantages:** The Taichung branch is right next to Zhongxiao Night Market, making it very convenient for finding food. All rooms in the hotel are carpeted, which effectively reduces noise from people walking around. Overall, the price is quite reasonable for the basic room amenities, and the cleanliness and sense of space are more than adequate. I would consider staying here again for future business trips. **Room Facilities and Experience:** This time, I chose the "Deluxe Room." It was generally standard, a more basic version (I recall the Wuquan branch also provided a Bluetooth speaker). * **Layout and Space:** The room had an L-shaped layout. Upon entering, there was a mini-bar (with two bottles of water and a kettle), followed by the restroom, and then the bed to the right. A minor drawback was the absence of a movable table in the room (the wooden low table was fixed in place). When I wanted to eat in the room, I had to move a chair and watch TV at an awkward angle. * **Bedding and Comfort:** The bed's firmness was moderate, and it was clean with no strange odors. I didn't experience any allergic reactions during my stay. Two pillows were provided: one soft, easily flattened down pillow, and another with more support, allowing for adjustment based on personal preference. The air conditioning temperature could also be freely adjusted. * **Bathroom Facilities:** The bathroom was very spacious and provided Cha Tzu Tang brand shower gel and shampoo, which was a big plus! However, the showerhead in the shower stall was fixed (couldn't be detached, only the spray mode could be adjusted), which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower door in our room didn't close completely. The water pressure and hot water supply were stable, with no sudden changes in temperature. * **Soundproofing and Entertainment:** Regarding soundproofing, I occasionally heard the impact of other guests closing doors, conversations in the hallway, or flushing sounds. However, it was generally quiet during sleeping hours at night. The TV equipment was quite basic, and the remote control showed signs of age (the text was blurred). There weren't many entertainment options, so I ended up watching videos on my phone. **Service Experience:** The front desk attendant might have been trying to appear professional, but she spoke too quickly, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. She also didn't clearly explain the elevator's location or whether a room card was needed to select a floor, which caused a brief delay in the elevator initially. In comparison, the service at the Wuquan branch felt more mature and professional overall.

This is a child-friendly accommodation. There was a hopscotch game on the floor in the room, which my son really enjoyed. What he loved most was having a bunch of toy cars to ride. The breakfast, however, was disappointing; once items ran out, they weren't refilled, and there were very few options available. I wouldn't recommend it for those who like to have a substantial breakfast.

Booking through KLOOK with a credit card discount is a great deal, and the self-service check-in is quite convenient. Since my relatives live nearby, I've stayed here often. I used to get breakfast included, but now it's not, though the environment is still clean and tidy.
