Things to do in Nepal

It was absoiutely worth it! Visiting seven World Heritage Sites in just a single day sounded ambitious, but it was an incredible and seamless experience. Because it's the non-peak season, the tour ended up being just me and one other traveler instead of a large group. The pickup vehicle was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making the day's travel a breeze. Our tour guide, Sumit, was fantastic. He provided detailed and engaging explanations at every stop, giving me a deep appreciation and understanding of the history behind all seven heritage sites. On top of that, Sumit was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to help take wonderful photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area—and if you get Sumit as your guide, you're in for an absolute treat!

I booked the tour about a week in advance, and it was very reassuring to be able to communicate directly with the tour operator via WhatsApp beforehand. Their responses were very prompt, and they not only sent the e-ticket but also genuinely helped with rescheduling options in case of bad weather cancellations, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day of the tour. On the day, the pickup arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time, but it seemed that 10 minutes later was the actual pickup time, so we arrived at the airport without any issues. Regarding seating, although everyone was guaranteed a window seat, it was a bit disappointing that I unfortunately ended up with a seat directly over the wing when checking in at the airport counter. Also, it was quite cloudy on the morning of the tour, and I was worried it might be canceled, but after waiting for the weather to clear at the airport, we took off safely. Once airborne, I was incredibly moved to witness the magnificent, clear view of Mount Everest with not a single cloud in sight—it was beyond words. The wing, which I had been concerned about, didn't turn out to be a significant obstruction to the view. After the flight, I received a commemorative certificate, and I was able to meet up with the driver smoothly for the return trip. The support, from pre-tour assistance to on-the-day follow-up, was excellent, and I'm truly glad I went. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the spectacular views of the Himalayas up close.

good chef. have fun with small group of people. food is yummy. the only drawback is the teacher should let students make the food more often instead of they cook the majority time.

On time pick up. Our guide Bikram is knowledgeable and driver Suraj is safe in driving making the day tour smooth and comfortable. Hiking speed just nice for me and my wife. Hike terrain is easy to navigate. Weather is kind to us although we did not manage to see the sun raise and Himalaya mountains due to heavy fog.

The weather was amazingly clear, and we got a great view of Everest. The plane flew quite close to the Himalayan mountains.

Our visit to Chandragiri Hills was excellent. Although cloud cover and fog prevented us from seeing Kathmandu, our guide Bikram more than compensated with his extensive knowledge and engaging storytelling. He provided fascinating insights into the site's historical significance, shared detailed explanations of Buddhism and Hinduism, and thoughtfully explained how the two traditions interact and coexist. Bikram's expertise and enthusiasm made the experience memorable. We highly recommend him as a tour guide.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible experience with our guide, Bidur. He truly went above and beyond from the moment we met. Not only did he located us (from a secluded hotel), but he also personally helped us with our luggage as we were transitioning between hotels. Throughout the tour, he has been an exemplary guide—professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He provided profound insights into the religion, beliefs, and rich cultural tapestry of the Nepalese people, making every site we visited feel meaningful. When we requested a stop for lunch, his expertise truly shone. Rather than a standard tourist stop, he recommendation for authentic local Nepalese cuisine. He took the time to explain the traditional flavors and significance of the dishes, turning a simple meal into a highlight of our day. Bidur is the gold standard and an expert on Nepal. my tour guide Santosh arrived the meeting point early and sent me a pic so I can find him easily. lucky me to me the only one guest. Santosh shared a lot of information for the paces we visited. He also made sure I did not do inappropriate things to show no respect to the culture which is very important.

We had no prior mountaineering experience and our physical stamina was relatively low, but the guide patiently accompanied us at our own pace, never rushing us, even when we walked slowly. Although the journey was challenging, there was no pressure, and we are very thankful to the guide and porters for helping us complete the entire trip. Even though we walked slowly, sometimes until dark, they never complained and ensured we reached the teahouses safely. The teahouse environments and food each night were excellent, and we even had a perfect night at the ABC teahouse. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for their dedication and assistance; they went above and beyond their job duties, providing immense security and encouragement. They also tried their best to meet our needs; out of the four nights, we only had to share a room for one night, which improved the quality of our rest. We were so fortunate to choose THRILL HIMALAYA to help us complete this trek. While the scenery was beautiful, I believe I might have given up halfway without THRILL HIMALAYA's assistance and arrangements. Two days after completing the trek, they even delivered our certificates to the hotel. Everything was perfectly executed, and the arrangements truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all! We had a fantastic Nagarkot sunrise day tour! Even though the sunrise was completely hidden by thick fog—nature has its own plans, after all—the stunning mountain views and serene landscapes that unfolded later made the entire trip well worth it. ​A special shoutout to our guide, who was absolute perfection. They were punctual, highly knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating throughout the day. Their great energy, local insights, and positive attitude kept our spirits high even when the morning sun didn't cooperate. ​If you're looking for a hassle-free and memorable trip to Nagarkot, I highly recommend this tour. Udav is an excellent and professional tour guide. I learned so much from him during the tour. He is very friendly, and we had great conversations about Nepali culture and food. I hope to meet him again when I return to Nepal someday.
