All the staff were very friendly, and the water for the onsen was really great! The scenery on the way from Kyoto was also wonderful~^^ I want to bring my parents here later!

Location is Fantastic: Right by JR Seta Station (1-2 minute walk), making travel around Shiga and to Kyoto extremely easy.
• Great Value: Offers very reasonable prices for the area.
• Friendly Staff: The service is consistently noted as helpful and kind.

This place is a total gem. The staff is friendly. You can have your own onsen in your room, and breakfast and dinner are included. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station. Its amenities set a 5-star hotel rating, definitely worth your money!

great for family with kid as there is kid corner. nice view as close to the beach. only 15-20mins drive to Biwako. staff is friendly and supportive
