we were total beginners (imagine 2 tiny asian girls with zero stamina) and yet we left with our dignity intact because of how amazing Boh, our instructor, was! he walked the line of kicking our butts and letting us off a lil easy, and boy did he walk it well. despite a gruelling warm up followed by the basics of muay thai, followed by sparring and seemingly never-ending sit-ups, the program is designed very well for beginners. i highly recommend!!! the gym was spacious and clean, as well as the women’s changing rooms (lockers, showers and hairdryer provided). definitely suggest trying out if you want a unique chiang mai experience.

Experience: It couldn't have been more perfect! It really showcases the local flavor. My instructor spoke Chinese and had a great personality. He was very thorough with his instructions. I loved the atmosphere here! I will definitely come back next time.

I had a wonderful time with amori. it was just me and her this time so i felt like the class was more personal and intimate which was great(but of course it would have been another kind of joy if had this experience with other people as well). i learned medication methods that i will definitely try out back in korea! amori is a sweet sweet person and was the perfect, wise instructor. happy to have crossed paths with her and wish her the best❤️

Very fun and rewarding! The instructor can clearly communicate instructions in basic English. The one-hour lesson includes warm-up, basic movements, hitting the punching bag, and even a light sparring session in the ring at the end. Very comprehensive! Highly recommended 👍

the instructors were awesome! I’m a beginner for Muay Thai but have some kickboxing experience and I was able to talk to them about learning certain Muay Thai techniques and they had me training in it! correcting my American kick box posture to the Thai ones. you should do it at least once! it would’ve been great to keep training with them :) bring water and mentally prep to work tf out!!!

The safari itself was worth watching and the show was good. Children enjoy it. I recommend you enjoy it more than four hours.

This is definitely a tour you have to do if you visit Chiang Mai. At the beginning, I felt a bit lost due to unclear instructions, but as the tour progressed everything became clearer and well explained.
The organizers adjusted the logistics to avoid crowds, which allowed us more time and space to enjoy each place at a relaxed pace. The bamboo rafting was a highlight very authentic and felt like moving through the river as a local.
Lunch was good, with local food made from natural ingredients (not a lot of variety, but satisfying). The elephant experience was truly special, respectful, and well managed. A lovely extra touch was Mr. Pupp out guide and, who accompanied us during part of the experience and made the day even more memorable.
Overall, a well organized tour that balances nature, culture, and responsible tourism. Highly recommended.

This course involves attending a Thai cooking ingredient class at the market, picking and tasting various herbs and ingredients grown in the garden, and then cooking. We are a family of four, so three of us cooked and one observed. The father, son, and daughter enjoyed and enthusiastically participated in the cooking. Later, during the meal, the instructor specially made chicken curry for me because I was observing and helping my young daughter. And with mango sticky rice and Thai milk tea for dessert, it was the best course ever. Highly recommended for travelers who want a passionate instructor and a fun experience.
