The city tour that we availed made our lives easier. Kuya Jeric is very accomodating and is very nice. He is very knwledgeable with the history as well as the places in the city. He is also very hands on in taking our pictures.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Kuya Eduard our tour guide was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great experience. Even though a few places were closed, he quickly came up with great alternatives and kept the tour fun and interesting. Everything was well-organized, and we learned a lot while also enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend!

location: The driver was friendly and very accomodating however I was disappointed that there were no activities available in the resort besides the hot spring and the pool. This should be updated in the site to set customer's expectations.

Service: friendly greeting staffs Cleanliness: rooms are clean and well maintained Hotel location: very near SM Bacolod and SnR. Hotel itself is tucked away from the busy streets and noise around the area, you can really relax. Affordability: very reasonable price. Good stay!
