We booked the English tour but were initially placed in a Spanish group. The guide handled it very well—she put us on the Spanish bus temporarily while sorting it out and then moved us to the English tour. Headphones were provided, which was helpful, and everything was well organised. Alicia was professional, helpful, and accommodating. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed having the whole day to explore Toledo. The tourist bracelet was good too, as it allowed me to see some churches (some were really more art or Roman ruins) that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. I definitely would have regretted paying a few euros for some of them. The cathedral wasn't included in my tour, but you have to see it - its spectacular! I also had time left over after seeing everything for some shopping. The only not great thing was a lot of different tours were thrown together on the bus and people were confused as to what they should be doing and where they should be going.

My family and I booked tickets the night before and managed to secure tickets for the next day! We met at the office at 8:30am where the bus took us to Toledo for our tour. Bus ride comfortable and clean. Our tour guide was fluent in Spanish and English, interchanging between both languages, and even gave good recommendations. We stopped by famous sites and went to a workshop as well. Recommend: full-day trip to see more things as we went for a half day trip and felt a bit rushed.

This was a great way to start my time in Toledo. You are provided with a map and basic information about each place. It’s a nice little walking tour that also gives you a sense of the layout of the town. It took a couple of hours with stops for hot chocolate. and window shopping along the way

We appreciated how easy it was to find the departure point. The entire park is beautiful, and the tips we received in advance helped us plan our visit. The whole experience was lovely. We were able to enjoy all the shows, including El Sueño de Toledo, which is gorgeous. All the shows are truly a must-see. We ended up very tired but had so much fun!

The hotel is very close to the Toledo Castle. The front desk staff also provides maps with recommended attractions. If you need to store luggage, the hotel offers lockers for one euro (refundable). The rooms have a bathtub, refrigerator, and comfortable beds. This is a hotel I would recommend.
