Toledo day tour from Madrid with optional activities

I really enjoyed having the whole day to explore Toledo. The tourist bracelet was good too, as it allowed me to see some churches (some were really more art or Roman ruins) that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. I definitely would have regretted paying a few euros for some of them. The cathedral wasn't included in my tour, but you have to see it - its spectacular! I also had time left over after seeing everything for some shopping. The only not great thing was a lot of different tours were thrown together on the bus and people were confused as to what they should be doing and where they should be going.

Experienced wise is absolutely amazing, great place to visit and explore the historic city of Toledo. Meeting point is easy to locate, and bus is comfortable though a lots of tourists which we we’re divided into 2 group English / Spanish group speaking..kinda messy at first but everything went well..we took the activity with bracelets wherein you can enter in some monuments, but then since Toledo is amazingly pretty for photas, videos we totally forgot and we don’t have much time to explore yet we only visited one monuments, next time we can skip the monuments visit..Highly recommended to visit Toledo while in madrid..love the experienced ❤️ ❤️ Thanks to Javier the tour guide in Toledo friendly and accommodating 🙌🏻

A must-see landmark in Madrid. While it’s a quick visit, the atmosphere, history, and welcoming people make it memorable.

A very beautiful mountain city. The route led by the English-speaking guide was very scenic. If you take the sightseeing train and look back from the mountains outside the city, the view will be even more beautiful.

The tour we purchased was Toledo (including Cathedral tickets), but our tour guide, Tamara, did not give us our tickets, nor did she take us inside the Cathedral. She simply told us it was free time and left, which was extremely irresponsible. One star for tour guide Tamara. However, we are grateful to customer service and VPT for handling the issue promptly, allowing the tour guide for the next group, Juanjo, to take us into the Cathedral at the last minute. His tour was very clear and he is an outstanding guide. The company handled the follow-up matter very appropriately, highly recommended.

I was afraid of buying the wristband and not having enough time to visit all seven attractions, but it is actually plenty of time. The meeting time for the day tour is 4:15, which is quite ample. I just don't quite understand why they take us to a shopping stop?????

if you plan to get the additional cathedral pass, opt for the 8:30am start tour. this will give you adequate time to browse the city and have lunch while not trying to do everything in a rush.

Follow your guide's pace for a leisurely tour and historical overview of Toledo, including visits to the Cathedral and various streets. Enjoy comfortable bus transportation. A visit to a local artisan workshop is included mid-tour.

the bus air condiction is not good. after one hour sitting, my paints are all wet. however, the tour leader and driver are very clareful to check every thing before we left the bus. it was very nice to have meeting point on the ticket and even we lost or we don't know how to call the name in Espernlo but we can google the map. Klook price is cheaper than VPT price. it's good to have Klook tour to save us money.

The meeting and pickup points were quite convenient, but meeting at 10:00 AM and heading back at 4:30 PM left limited time for sightseeing. Choosing the 8:30 AM departure returns at the same time, giving you more flexibility to take your time and explore. Toledo is truly a beautiful and historically rich ancient city, and overall it is definitely worth a visit!
