Things to do in Porto

Wonderful experience, the bookstore is beautiful. Don't just hear about it or see the photos. You have to visit it and live the experience. I went with my husband, and we left delighted. We got in line and bought the tickets there. Easy and fast, we received the tickets in our email right away. Highly recommended website. First time using it, and if the opportunity arises, I won't hesitate to use it again.

Throughout the tour, you can taste 6 different wines from two wineries: Croft Port - Quinta da Roêda (the pearl of the Douro Valley, modern and elegant, a veteran brand in the Port wine world, with three classic Port wines), and Quinta da Avessada (an interactive museum dedicated to preserving the local winemaking culture, with humorous explanations, where lunch is also served, with Douro red and white wines, and a welcome sweet wine). These complement each other perfectly, completing the winemaking puzzle of the Douro Valley. The six wines have an alcohol content of approximately 10%-20%, with a sweet, smooth taste that makes it easy to drink too much without realizing it, so don't underestimate the aftereffects.

It was our first time experiencing Fado, and it was one of our favourite things from this trip to Portugal. We were able to enjoy the sunset on the rooftop before the show. What an amazing atmosphere and such talented artists. You can tell that they love their art. We even got a glass of port wine to enjoy while listening. highly recommend

It was great one day experience day trip from Lisbon , Obidos , Nazaré and Porto. Really worth the trip. Tour guides Francisco and Maria both are amazing walking through the Porto culture and history. It was a really enjoyable tour. However, Ribeira Square was so crowded that even though we were with the same cruise company, we had to wander around looking for the meeting point. I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early and checking with the cruise companies. The tour itself was great! Sights along the route: Bridges of the Douro River, the Atlantic Ocean in the distance

The map I got locally was hard to understand, and it took me a while to reach my destination 🥲. But even getting lost, walking around Porto is fun!😆 When I finally got to the Belém Tower ‼️ Guess what ‼️ It was under renovation, and I couldn't go inside. That was a huge disappointment 💦

This is much better than the popular winery tours that everyone goes on. You can learn a lot about port wine at FONSECA, and you can also do various wine tastings at the small winery you visit afterwards. The guide is very professional and friendly, you can meet foreign friends, and you can taste 10 glasses of wine (be careful not to get too drunk). It's the best in many ways!

The itinerary was fantastic, and our guide Ana was very attentive. Her knowledge and experience were extensive, and she shared a lot about the scenery along the way, the Port wine-making process, the Douro River landscape, and Portuguese history. It's a great trip to quickly learn about Porto, experience Port wine, and discover a lot about the food culture.
