The location is very convenient; it's right across from the train station, making international travel easy. There's a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, providing convenient access to all parts of Prague. The hotel offers complimentary water and snacks, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The rooms have air conditioning and a refrigerator! These two features are better than many hotels in Europe.

As regular travelers who journey every month, we chose this hotel for a romantic two-night anniversary getaway in Prague, and it exceeded all expectations. The modern, high-tech decor created a cozy home-away-from-home vibe, especially in our duplex suite with its luxurious bathtub and incredibly comfortable mattress. Service was outstanding—we felt truly well taken care of, from the inviting lobby lounge where we met the delightful staff member Olga to the seamless check-out day when unexpected work issues arose. Being picky about my juice, I was touched when Olga presented it in a lovely glass that instantly brightened my stressful morning; we even got some salted caramel treats as a sweet farewell touch. Unforgettable! We will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and definitely stay here next time we travel to Prague.

First, let's talk about the price. I think it's quite reasonable. Hotel location: It's an 8 to 15-minute walk from some major attractions, which I find acceptable, and the area around the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Room decor: The rooms feature modern decor, the bathroom is clean, and the floor is tiled. Staff service and front desk: There are usually up to two staff members, and their efficiency isn't bad. Their attitude is very friendly, which is quite good for a European location. Downsides: The hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping service. Hotel facilities: There's no swimming pool, and the gym is in a windowless, air-conditioner-less room in the basement. There's no refrigerator in the room. Overall, I think the room offers decent value for money, and I would choose to stay here again.
