A special shout-out to Emilio, who brought incredible energy and warmth to our entire trip. I went to the fountain meeting point early in the morning with anticipation, but I suggest that the meeting point should be marked more clearly, because there are two fountains, so it is easy to be unclear which one is the meeting point. As the time approached, I contacted the organizer via WhatsApp. Fortunately, it was very convenient to communicate in English. On the itinerary, the tour leader was very lively and interesting! When it's time to rest, he will also say, "Okay, now everyone and I need to rest. In 00 time, we will be where." We spent a relaxing and comfortable car ride. At each attraction, he would explain the history, culture, and significance, as well as some interesting anecdotes! If your TOEIC English score is above 650, you can try to sign up for the English tour 👍. However, there is one complaint: the bus air conditioner broke down and the return trip took nearly 2-2.5 hours. The poor condition of the car plus the stuffiness was really uncomfortable, and I almost vomited! Fortunately, at the last moment, we finally arrived at the place to get off the bus and felt much more comfortable.

Fantastic 5.0
The tour was exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully planned. Despite the ambitious itinerary of visiting three beautiful cities in a day, the pacing was comfortable, allowing us to experience each destination without feeling rushed. The transportation was smooth and efficient, and the schedule maximized the day while still giving us time to appreciate the character and highlights of Porto, the dramatic coastal scenery of Nazaré, and the charm of historic Óbidos. A major highlight of the tour was our guide, Opheli, whose approach made the entire experience stand out. She was knowledgeable yet never mechanical, professional yet genuinely warm. Her explanations were clear and engaging, enriched by personal insights that made each place feel alive rather than just another stop on the route. Overall, the tour delivered an enriching, well-balanced experience. It was a long day, but one that felt meaningful, enjoyable, and truly worth it.

Camilla is a very nice and helpful tour guide. We didn’t buy the entrance ticket for Quinta Regeira and Pena Palace, she is very nice to advice us to purchase the Pena Palace park exterior ticket to visit the Pena Palace. Thanks to her and we were grateful that we bought the park ticket and didn’t miss the wonderful view of Pena Palace. We also didn’t buy the lunch and she is nice to recommend us the restaurants. She takes a good care of us and other guests. Not to forget the driver ( sorry for forgetting his name) also awesome. Both Camilla and the driver did a good job! Definitely worth 5 stars.

I booked two tours in Lisbon: one walking tour and another by tuk-tuk. The walking tour turned out to be unexpectedly amazing! It was a three-hour walk through the city center, guided by Mr. Phillip, whose rich and educational storytelling brought Lisbon’s history to life—every building seemed to have a story. I absolutely loved it. At one point, I got lost while trying to buy an umbrella during a sudden rain shower. The team reached out to me quickly and helped me reunite with my guide, Phillip. I’m super grateful for that and for the patience he showed throughout the tour. At the end, Phillip told us to enjoy “my city,” and I could truly feel the love and pride he has for Lisbon—it really struck me. Mr. Phillip definitely made my Lisbon trip a highlight. I’ll recommend this experience to all my friends visiting Lisbon! Huge thanks to the team and to my guide, Mr. Phillip. guide:local with rich history knowledge and great hospitality and patience
