It was an excellent and fun experience going on the tour. The guides (Dillon and Brett) were very warm and welcoming, always looking out for everyone, making sure that everyone is having an amazing time. Have to give a big thumbs up to Dillon for making the stops very interesting with all the details and stories behind the places, like the sake brewing and temples

The tour guide was friendly, and the itinerary was packed! There were so many snow monkeys, completely unafraid of people. We were also lucky enough to catch them at feeding time, which was lively. However, the snow made walking quite tiring, and some people slipped. If you participate in winter, be sure to wear shoes with good traction and that are waterproof. Because walking was difficult that day, it took longer, and no one had much time to eat. Fortunately, the tour guide made a special stop at a convenience store so everyone could replenish their energy, which was very thoughtful. The afternoon visit to Togakushi Shrine may be difficult for the elderly to climb to the top, but I still recommend going down to walk around. The straight and solemn avenue of sacred trees is great for taking pictures. The sake brewery tour at the end was also very interesting. The staff inside were very friendly, and you can personally sample various sakes and learn about the sake-making process. It wasn't just a superficial tour, and I felt like I got a deeper understanding of Japanese culture. Overall, it was a very worthwhile and wonderful day trip!

Had a exceptionally entertaining tour with our tour guide Orlando, he was very helpful and was with us thruout. very humble and had good knowledge......highly recommend him and thank you for arrangiing this tour.

Distance between both sites is not short, and having this tour helps a lot for those who may not have a short time in Nagano. Our guide was Shuhei. He was very pleasant and spoke good English, and was patient to accommodate our family in the Snow Monkey Park due to the unexpected heavy snowfall and slippery surface. we were rewarded with a beautiful experience with the monkeys, the photos speak for themselves. He brought us to a soba shop for lunch that served really good soba and tea, followed by a tour to the Tokagushi Shrine. The snowfall made the trees really magical and there was even enough snow for the kids to play. Shuhei brought us to the relevant spots and highlighted the photo points. He accommodated changes to the schedule and we were grateful for this. All in all happy with the tour

The tour was excellent, and given by the big boss himself! His English was excellent.
I appreciated him taking the time to answer our questions and taking us through the process step by step, not just in his factory but also on miso production in Japan as a whole. The lunch was exceptional, the flavours perfectly balanced. The staff was courteous throughout and the gift bag was very well thought out. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this experience. Excellent value and a high quality experience.

You could tell Jens put a lot of thought into every little detail, especially when planning the tour around the weather. He was patient, engaging, and really intentional with how he guided and took care of us. 10/10 would recommend!

everything went well. BEV driver was very helpful in our trip. Traveling early really helps us reach our destination on time and enjoy each tourist destination well. and the recommended places to eat are very delicious. The driver was on time for hotel pick-up and drop-off and proactively discussed and planned the itinerary's smoothness and time allocation in advance. They were also very enthusiastic about introducing attractions and related precautions along the way. I highly recommend this private car service!
