Enjoyed our stayed in Fujisawa, and would definitely come back soon. Location is just awesome, it was easy to get around, enoshima and kamakura are just nearby. Breakfast didn't disappoint and truly looking forward to it each morning. Even got lucky with the view of Mt. Fuji one morning right in front of the window! Truly awesome.

So conveniently located to stations & Enoshima electric railway. Sownt a few nights here. Very neat & clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Located close to Fujisawa Station, take the elevator to the first floor and walk straight for 3 minutes to reach the hotel. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. The hotel offers free drinks during limited hours. Laundry is ¥200 per load, and drying is ¥100 for 30 minutes. You need to bring your own detergent or purchase it. For breakfast, there are about 6-8 kinds of bread to choose from, along with a drink machine. The room is 13 square meters and has an oversized single bed, but the space is a bit small, and the mattress is thin.

Amazing experience! Sandy was the best! He was very informative, showed us the best places to take the best shots, told us what try and eat at each stop, and kept us on time as a group. I would recommend and book again with Sandy and Klook.

Loved our guide, Alex. Very informative in English and Chinese. The time for each location didn’t feel rushed. We had the opportunity to have whitebait and pufferfish for lunch. The views were amazing and we were able to see Mt. Fuji. Riding the train was a charming experience. 10/10

Dream turned into reality with a tour to Kamakura 🥰We were thinking of doing a day trip ourselves, no tour, but we were right to book the klook tour for the first time. There was so much to see and do (we loved it so much 🥲and we were lucky to see Mt. Fuji 😍) and our tour guide Allan Tan was the best at doing it (great at giving facts and recommendations which we took since time was so little!) Plus he was the life of the party!🎉😂 Defininitley appreciated a tour that wasn’t boring! Will definitely book a tour with klook again and with Allan! Arigato gozaimasu 💚

We booked this tour via Klook covering the Lake Ashi pirate ship cruise, Owakudani Ropeway, and Enoshima Island, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well-paced and allowed us to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed.
Our tour guide, Brewster Chisei, was outstanding—very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to the group. He shared interesting insights along the way and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip, which really enhanced the overall experience.

It was a Fuji tour with great value for money and excellent service^^. Guide Choi Chun-ae is fluent in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. From the first group chat on KakaoTalk, she tried her best to provide as much information as possible. She kindly guided us through each Fuji tour course with a bright smile. The weather was good, and the driver drove safely and comfortably, which was great. Thanks to Romantic Tour, we made good memories with our family and took a lot of 인생 (life) photos. Keiko was very helpful during the whole trip. Was very much efficient in pushing us to complete the itinerary that other packages did not offer as a whole. Loved the recos as well. Hope that more people try this out!
