Hobart Tours

This trip was excellent, except for the fact that it was a three-hour drive from downtown Hobart. To see the stunning scenery of Wineglass Bay and Honeymoon Bay, you need to hike up a mountain, which takes about an hour round trip. While not terribly difficult, it might be challenging for those over 70. From the top, we enjoyed a panoramic view of Wineglass Bay and Honeymoon Bay. Afterwards, we rested at Honeymoon Bay and enjoyed a boxed lunch. (The guide gave us time to stop at a small shop early in the day to buy lunch sandwiches.) It was a short but peaceful time, watching the locals swim and swim. At the final winery, we were given about 30 minutes, so my partner and I did a sampler tasting, which was a good choice. We happened to see a wallaby during the trip, which was nice. As a non-English speaker, I couldn't understand much of the story, but I was satisfied with just being able to visit each location. I also commend the guide for his comprehensive explanation of Tasmania.

you get to spend ~5 hrs on Maria Island, recommend joining the tour as the guide knows where the wild animals are and you can easily get lost on the island. it was 17000+ steps for the day, so I would suggest doing this if you’re physically fit. if you are, this is highly recommended. this is the exact Tasmania you want to see!

I had a great experience on the Mt Wellington / kunanyi 2.5-hour hop-on hop-off explorer bus tour. It actually started off a bit rainy and foggy, and I thought we wouldn’t see anything — but around ten minutes later the sky suddenly cleared. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. We ended up enjoying the most incredible, clear views of Hobart from the top of the mountain. The bus was comfortable, the ride was smooth, and the flexibility to hop off made the whole experience easy and relaxed. It was definitely a memorable and worthwhile tour.

Great day tour! Loved how varied the itinerary was, it had activities and scenery to offer a wide range of interests. Nothing felt rushed yet it was a fulfilling, jam packed day.

joined 3 day tours and this is absolutely the best for its value. the itinerary is well thought and planned that you get to do some sightseeing and food tastings on Bruny. Dave, our guide even prepared morning tea with oysters and cheese in the national park, he also showed us where the white wallabies are. what’s more, lunch at Bruny Hotel is also included, and the seafood is fresher than Hobart! A must do tour for Bruny!

I absolutely loved the Bruny Island Gourmet Full-Day Tour. The whole day felt relaxed, well-paced, and full of amazing food and stunning views. From fresh oysters and cheeses to the breathtaking lookout at The Neck, everything was unforgettable. What really made the experience special was our guide, Dave — he was friendly, funny, and genuinely passionate about the island. He made everyone feel comfortable and looked after. Our guide, Andrew, is incredibly passionate about Hobart! He arrived early to pick us up before the meeting time, and the minibus was very comfortable! The tour started at Mount Wellington, the highest point in Hobart. Unfortunately, it was raining today, and the visibility wasn't great, but it still had its own charm. Afterward, we went to the viewpoint at Wellington Park to get a general understanding of the terrain before heading to the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Bonorong is a very special place! It was my first time getting so close to kangaroos! The wombats were also especially adorable! In the afternoon, we went to the town of Richmond. The ancient town, shrouded in drizzle, also had a unique feel!
