The 2 ladies at the HANJI studio gave us terrific service, they are very friendly and kind. My friend and I got our facial first that had prepared our skin for the makeup. and then the other lady did our makeup so carefully and in so much care and detail, I felt that I had never been so pretty before!! Overall it is a very good experience and Thank you to KLook for your kind introduction!!

I booked a group class but also was treated with a one on one experience! The artist was very friendly and knowledgeable and fluent in English. She taught me how to do a pretty daily look and recommended the products and colors that suited me. After the class, you can purchase items in their store for 20% off. I highly recommend this class!

We reached an hour early before our appointment and they let us in. We have individual keys to the lockers and had a cape to wear over our clothes. They speak Korean and a little bit of English. My stylist ask for picture of the haircut I wanted and she did cut it accordingly. I was pleased with the service overall.

It's my first time coming to a Korean hair salon! I got a color and a haircut as well! I like the hair color and hairstyle! All the hairdressers were kind and worked hard, mixing in Japanese and English, and I could see they were putting a lot of effort in! I want to come again. Thank you!
