Everything from customization to car service was great. They were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, providing detailed explanations of our daily itinerary. Master Zong was familiar with the routes, and the vehicle was new and spacious enough for all our luggage. Our two children could even use the front-row tables to watch their iPads. They also provided snacks, sand bottles, shoe covers, neck pillows, and other items, making the trip enjoyable for the whole family.

I've really enjoyed the whole trip these past few days. It hasn't felt rushed at all. The itinerary was arranged very reasonably and wasn't tiring. The tour guide was also very thoughtful and attentive, preparing water, snacks, and travel necessities for us in advance. The vehicle was comfortable, and the accommodations were even better. Satisfied, satisfied, and more satisfied! In short, it was just pure enjoyment.

I had such a great time on the Ulan Hada and Huiteng Grassland tour in Inner Mongolia. Ulan Hada was honestly so cool to see in person – the volcanic craters looked almost otherworldly, and walking around there felt like stepping onto another planet. The guide shared fun little bits of history and geology, which made the views even more interesting without being overwhelming. The Huiteng Grassland was the total opposite vibe but just as amazing. Endless rolling fields, fresh air, and this calmness that makes you forget all about city life. I loved just taking it all in, snapping photos, and enjoying the peaceful scenery. There was also a nice touch of local culture along the way, which made the experience feel more authentic. Everything was really smooth – transport was comfortable, timing was just right, and I never felt rushed. Overall, it was such a refreshing trip that balanced stunning nature and local experiences perfectly.
