I really appreciate what you did in extending help for your foreigner clients. we left our package 5 - 10 stores away from Colorized Sedong Branch , you did not hesitate to help and assist us. we really appreciate this. Please send my regards to Tina who helped me with color analysis. now i know what color from hair, to make up to clothes fits me. this is also the first I’ve known what type of skin color o have. Tina was very accomodating, even we have language barrier I can sense Tina’s passion and affection towards customers. I went there with my youngest, they even assisted him where to stay and eat his favorite ramen. For others that’s simple, but for me this is so Big. Small act makes a great difference. they really extended their help to us. We pray your branch be blessed with more customers. please continue upgrading your service, you really made our day memorable! Would definitely come back when got a chance to travel again in South Korea!

My friends and I booked this Personal Color Analysis to be more informed with choosing clothes and makeup that best suit us. The place is really beautiful. Kate, who assisted us that day, was really helpful and patient with all our questions. She explained everything really well. She told us not only about our best clothing and makeup color but also our hair color, contact lenses, textiles, perfume, and accessories. This has been a really great experience!

it was an amazing experience! I wanted to go to olive young to buy makeup but I didn’t know what colors suited me the best, with the Lee Ah Hyun help now I can see the best colors for me! I’m really happy with the results, I feel prettier now 🥰

Let me start with how accommodating they were, as I was an hour late to my original schedule to due flight delays and long immigration lines, I messaged them through email that I will be late and they replied fast that they will wait for me. The trip to Jamsil to the salon was really easy as I used the subway to get there. I initially purchased the 15 step but upgraded it to the 18 step, the service was reallyyyy good. Banya was the one who took care of me that day and she explained each step along the way. The service was top notch and i wasn't able to get his name but kudos also to the guy who assisted me in the massage chair (I think I fell asleep as it was really good). My scalp felt so light and clean after the whole process and Banya even recommended a haircut I can try. Overall, it is a delightful experience and hoping to see good results after the pores on my scalp were cleared. Thank you, Banya and to your team too!

the makeup was AMAZING. they asked me for a photo and I showed one of Liz from IVE, I was very happy with the results. I got the makeup done for a photoshoot and I think I looked great. the staff are lovely, and thank you especially to Jiwon for making both my friend and I feel welcome. :)

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to my stylist and all staff for the warm welcome. Upon arriving, I showed a picture to my stylist of the cut and style and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Considering the price, I think I got a great deal here. Also, the stylist washed my hair thoroughly, like really massaging my scalp and cleaning the back of my ears. I didn’t mind the slight rough hand because for me it felt great- like a deep clean. I’m so glad I came here. Ive attached pictures but they were taken when I came back home at the end of the day.

The best experience I had a 18 scalp treatments package such a amazing staff and very foreigner friendly everything was explained very well 100% recommended my treatments were done by the amazing lim e-rang , dabin and seongyun coming back for sure ❤️

Roa gave me a new look 😍🙇‍♀️ it boost my confidence. she very detailed with the process, I arrived late as I just got from the airport but she still accommodate me and give me water to calm down. I like how soft and light her hand when doing make up to me. Will come back for sure .
