The car was neat and well-serviced; there was no complaint about it. It was clean and tidy, and overall, the handover was also neat and straightforward. The most convenient aspect was its proximity to the airport for pickup and drop-off.

Originally, a Hybrid SUV was rented, but upon pick-up, I was told there were no Hybrid vehicles available, and only a regular SUV could be provided. Since it was an 8-day, 7-night self-drive tour around Tasmania, I wanted to rent a Hybrid to save on fuel. After complaining, I was finally exempted from having to refill the gas tank upon return. There was no GPS navigation in the car; it had to be rented separately for an additional fee.

Great service from the staff

Picking up the car was quick, got it on the 5th floor, and returning it was also directly on the 5th floor. The car was in good condition, and the acceleration and deceleration were smooth.
