We communicated using a translator because we didn't speak the same language, and an English-speaking employee helped us, so we were able to easily sign up for insurance and rent an additional Hi-Pass. Even though we returned it around 3:30 PM, we were charged for one day, but thanks to that, four of us were able to travel comfortably to a far place.
