Review for: Half day elephant care + Bamboo Rafting/Tubing (your choices)

When you come to Chiang Mai, you have to feed the elephants! After arriving, we will be asked to change into village clothes and flip-flops. There are lockers. If you are worried that the elephant will get wet when you wash it in the end, you can change into a swimsuit inside. After washing the elephant, you will be given a towel and can go to the toilet to change. There are shower facilities and shower gel available, and then you can have lunch! Bamboo rafting lasts for about 15 minutes. It's very sunny. You can borrow a rainbow umbrella to shade the boat, and you can also experience your own control. Group members who don't participate will take a bus to the downstream to wait for us to go ashore.

I really love the unsophisticated and simplicity of Chok Chai Elephant Camp. The tour guide provided a brief description of elephants daily and how they take good care of elephants. We fed the elephats and wash the elephants in the river. We do have a good memory in Chok Chai Elephant Camp. The Bamboo rifting is also relaxing and chill. I hope the Chok Chai Elephant Camp would provide more environmental protection and elephant education in the future.

Review for: Half day elephant care (4-5 hrs)

The elephants are very cute, and you can feel that the staff in the park take good care of the elephants. The entire trip to the park only takes about 2 to 3 hours. It only takes 5 minutes to bathe an elephant. If you want to take pictures, you have to get a good location.

This is one of the highlights of my Southeast Asia solo trip. It was my first time to see elephants, and I get to experience them up close and personal. The guide/person who assisted me is very lovely! They also have a very delicious buffet lunch. I will definitely come back to Chiang Mai with my family and I will book this package again.

Review for: Mud Spa & Bathe with elephants 2 hours duration (with your own transportation)

It was a fun time meeting the mother and the little and grandmother elephants together, feeding them, and going to the river to wash them with mud. The little elephant was so busy washing his mother's milk that it was fun. The little elephant's name is Chokchai, but he loves playing in the water so much that he won't come out. It costs money to feed and take care of it. They say it's difficult because a lot of people listen to it, but we need a lot of tourists to go there.

Review for: One day elephant care (6-7 hrs)

1. We were a small group of 4 people, and we were picked up by a car. Because we had to change hotels, our luggage was placed in the driver's car. The driver Khom waited on the spot the whole time. Great! I gave him a tip! 2. The tour guides in the camp were very active. We felt like we were watching the tour guides perform all the way, which brought us a lot of fun! When we returned, because there were certain risks in wading the river, we were also arranged to take an elephant taxi. Great! I gave him a tip! 3. The elephants brought us a lot of happiness, and feeding the elephants was the most fun thing. I thought bathing the elephants was the most fun, but unfortunately, although there was this item on the itinerary, it was not actually there! So everyone should choose this one carefully.

Overall it's pretty good. I was the only one there when I went there, but I felt at home. Everyone was very friendly and it was a novel experience.
